I just scored one after being denied at the B&M this morning at 6:15. Two others stores in my area were also OOS, so most likely this $99 ladder is OOS in most stores. It was also 'temporarily unavailable' online all morning.

The $59 price is listed as expiring on 11/28. Someone I know who missed this deal called homedepot.com and was told to print out the page showing that it's temporarily out of stock, and when the ladder is back in stock on-line, they will honor the sale price. You will most likely have to fax the $59 page to get the price adjustment. And as long as it's back in stock before 1/8/06 there will still be free shipping.

I'd say it's not dead yet, but now a big YMMV depending on if the CSR buys the 'OOS - raincheck' deal.

Pricks at HomeDepot.com never shipped my ladder, says they oversold them online by 3000. I'm gonna call them back later today and duke it out with a manager.

So it's a big YMMV, even if you got to order one.

If you get one, you'll love it. Wife gave me one last year for XMas and I use it all the time. Its a HUGE improvement over the regular ladder.

Same here, but then I see over at FW that some people who ordered the ladders on Saturday (I ordered on Friday) are getting theirs and I'm not. Not a happy camper here. :frown:
