56K Modem Problems

Pentium 2 MMX 400mhz
-192 RAM
-8GB HD
-Windows XP

Just a computer to get by for school. Formatted installed XP. I only have a 56k modem i installed xp everything else works fine except for the modem. The xp cd didnt find drivers. i can't go on the internet because its my modem. i checked on the card its a Leopard 56K PCI and theres a motorolla symbol on it. im putting in some drivers that i got off the internet but i donno if there the right ones? any more suggestions?
