i cannot stand when people critisize other peoples opinions of beauty.
Some prefer a bit more, others, a bit less. so what?

Personally, i take care of myself and i tend to find myself thinking "why don't more women want to do that as well? "
Not saying the OP's girl in reference is heavy, but she is not lean.

and other people puke after they eat in order to "take care of themselves".... but as long as a woman stays under the magic 120 number, its okay.

but hey, i'd rather do that than be seen as a disgusting slob in the eyes of other women.

that is what i am talking about...

I think what you said, Lola, comes off as implying that any woman who's not under 120 or 125 pounds doesn't take care of herself, and that it would obviously be an issue of them just not trying to stay fit. Therefore, it comes off as sounding like you feel that any woman who's not fit and lean obviously doesn't take care of themselves and is a slob.

I get what you were trying to say, but it does come off as sounding harsh.

Personally, I definitely don't think that the girl in the OP is fat at all-- 135 is a perfectly healthy weight for her to be at.

I can understand that, but again, i really am sick of hearing and seeing girls whine about their weight or how they feel while they are eating a whole bag of Doritos or noshing a double quarter pounder, large fries and a diet coke. Then, they look at me for being the way i am...
In no way did i mean that anyone who is not 125 pounds healthy or slim, i am just saying that its one thing to complain and talk about someone who is thin and it quite another to want to do something about it (weight that is) if you are unhappy with yourself.

I am just being honest about how i feel. That is simply my point of view. More and more young girls are not eating right, getting out and being active as much as they should and they think its "ok" because they are ok with themselves. Not only is that the wrong thoughts to have, it is unhealthy too.
I am in NO way saying girls should be so concerned about their weight that they are vomiting after every meal or not eating at all, but the idea of being healthy is going the way of the buffalo because healthy eating habits, being active ("playing" outside, not sitting in front of a tv or computer) and the like are not being thought of as important to parents, and in turn, they are not shown to children.

Why would one not want to take care of themselves? This is the one body we were given, why not take care of it the best ways we can?

I'd say on avg yes she is a 'bit' overweight. Bit overweight meaning she could drop 5-10lbs if she put the effort in to droping the weight. Not overweight as in shes 50lbs overweight.

It's like the same with a guy. At 5"10 and say 180-190lb that guy is on 'avg' overweight by 10-20lbs easily. BUT if the guy trains and keeps himself in shape is is probably not overweight.

Again it just comes down to what build the person has. Some people can look really out of shape per given weight or amazing.

I think, for these threads, if posting an answer you should either post a picture of yourself (for women) or of the last woman you boned and when it was (for men...or women ;) )

A bunch of nerds who can't let off of WoW for long enough to actually talk to a girl, coming onto a tech website blabbing about how a girl is fat is like me getting onto a sports car forum bitching about how crappy the new Ferrari's are.

Take my advice: if you haven't ridden in a Ferrari, don't knock it.
Same goes for curvy women.

Both girls looks :heart:ly. :)

Agreed, very attractive gals...

I dunno, the second one had some kind of skin problem constrainted to the facial region.

totally wrong on that score.

Yikes! I wouldnt have guessed you were fat. I would have guessed you used to be what you would consider overweight/fat and are now thin. After being disgusted with the way you used to be, and seeing how you can be, you have no patience for women who are in your opinion, overweight, hence the above post.

Close? Not close?

Also I bet you are flat, because that can skew a good 5 lbs or so per person, and Im guessing you dont have that perspective.

My mother is 5'5 and weighs 115 lbs, she is disturbingly thin, never gains weight, and if she had 10 more lbs on her, she would barely be up to normal looking.

To say she would be overweigh at 15 lbs heavier would be extremely messed up.

My sister is 5'2 or so, and weighed 130 lbs in HS and college. She worked out, played sports, and was in great shape. She was solid, and I would not get in the way of her kicking foot, but she was in great shape, I dont see how you can blanket statement the 125 lb mark... I think you have issues.

Then your viewpoint is incredibly short sighted and ignorant.

no. even though my gf is more than 140 (around 150-160) and im 140, i still love her the way she is and who she is. who cares if shes overweight.

but if she is excessively overweight and does nothing about it, then i will tell her to exercise and lose weight.
