5'4" guy with size 18 feet anyone else with a funny body quirk?

I have something that's kind of odd. I can touch my elbow to my shoulder blade on the other side of my back. I can scratch any part of my back without help. As I get older though it is just easier to make the wife do it -)

I can't do the first one, but I can do the second. Didn't know it was unusual until one time in high school when a friend was talking about something being like having an itch on the spot on your back you just can't reach, and I asked him what he meant.

I was born with 2 major and 1 minor issue:

1. flat feet. absolutely flat. My doctor told me he had never seen feet that flat before. I have zero arch.

2. PAPVR. a very rare heart defect that I had surgery to correct back in Oct 2020.

3. small Eustachian tubes that clog easily.
