At this point, i am so tired of it. If Bush wins, it doesn't really matter, cuz if he screws up, I can proudly say i voted for Gore. If Bush doesn't screw up, then I can proudly say that i am glad my fellow americans had better sense than i did, lol.

Boies made it clear that it was applications, not actual ballots and they haven't decided to make a contest issue of it. They're in a little bit of a pickle there as there was intent to vote and the stylus didn't punc... oops, the voter registration numbers were not on the applications.

>>EDIT] Also, those 157 Miami\Dade votes are not being included Michael. Because even though they are votes Gore rightfully gained GW's people won't let them count because they would then lose. <<

no little apegoron, you don't get to just pick the votes you want... you have to count them all...

count them all or don't count any...

What's the use...gorons were never known for being smart, either.... even their lies are not particularly entertaining, except, of course, to other gorons.

Let me remind you,it was "I trust the people" GW that was first to go to court. It was "I trust the states" GW that went to the US Supreme Court seeking relief.

Good clean cheating and dirty pool

Yea,the courts will finish it,and if Gore wins, the Florida State Republican Legislature says it will send republican electors to the electoral collage and not Dems electors should the courts uphold the idea that "EVERY VOTE COUNTS", and include Miami/Dade county.

Talk about shenanigans! The Reps sure now how to spin sh!t don't ya?:)

Bush has been out-lawyered - well DUH!! He wasn't relying on legal crap to get this election.

And the snip about the electoral college being "dirty cheating," EVERYONE HERE knows that if Gore had won the electorals and lost the popular vote, ALL you Gore supporters would be strict cunstructionists, hollering "that is how we do it, live with it."

Well, I've said this would happen all week. Boies is putting the Dem. spin on their side and, of course the Rep. spin is going too. Now, the thing is, what is making all the local newscast, papers, etc. (at least in the Midwest) is that the recount Gore went to court to get, and reveled about how fair, and good it was after the decision was handed down, won't abide by it. Headline on one station was "Gore refusing to acknowledge own recount numbers" ....... What I'm wondering is how bad this will look in the publics eye.......a St. Louis station (KSDK) has already stated in commentary that it appears it is now time for the Vice President to "hang it up". They have also stated that Mr. Gore will address the nation tommorow.......IMHO this is a risky move......if does not come across well (which he has had problems with) his public opinion could be all but gone! I'm sorry, but, you know if it's already going on here, it's going on almost everywhere else also........The recount has happened as they wished....Miami/Dade decided they could not finish in time and that appears to have been within their rights if you read the FL law........PBC could not complete in time frame applauded by the Dems. earlier in the week......and Mr. Gore has still come up substancially short. Now they (Gore Leiberman) will be sueing Democratic Counties in FL....that can't be good PR, and several renouned lawyers have stated that the mere fact that the USSC has accepted Bush's appeals, and the Constitution appear to make it clear that he (Mr. Bush) has a very good chance of winning there too! I personally don't think that the Democratic party will let this drag on much longer.....maybe Friday/Saturday at best. Who knows....but I think it is now "semi-officially" over!

<< She is specifically opening up JUST to certify George W the winner. If certifying them at 5PM today is not partisan I don't know what is. >>

veryape,

I guess you forgot that Gore's Goonies were counting votes on Thanksgiving, the State Supreme Court ruled on a holiday, people have been working Saturdays and Sundays and evenings since this started. I suppose all that is normal operating hours?

If Goresky doesn't concede now perhaps even the dullest of democrats will finally begin to realize what a desperate, vile and hollow little man they have at the top. But, probably not.

Well, it will be the Nov. 14th results....my mistake, I did not realize that they had even comnpleted that count! So, this being known, what the new count?......Wait, it doesn't even matter anymore does it? Sorry! Actually, I think they should have let them finish....but, the FL Supreme Court did make the rules.

I'm still waiting for some democrat to come up with an explanation, ANY explanation about the "Goreby +19 test vote" phenomenon in Palm Beach County. As it stands now, with 369 of 637 precincts done, they have a net gain of 46 for Bush.

That sample to justify a full manual recount was so obviously election rigging that only a fool could possibly believe otherwise.

ToBeMe,

You mean the part I posted and edited out? No, I'm at work, so no TV here. It's just a logical conclusion based on the history of the rigging and fraud that the democrats have pulled. For those who missed it, this was it:

<< HMM, perhaps there is a method to PBC's madness. Since they only had about a thousand ballots left to check, and it was clear that Bush would actually gain votes, why not slow the process down and deliberately miss the deadline? Give Gore's Goons one more avenue of lawsuit.

Aw, yes, these demos are a slick bunch.
>>

I edited it out here because I posted similar in another thread.

I thought we might have already figured out this Palm Beach sample. We've been discussing this "sample" for Palm Beach for some time. It was Michael that said that the requesting party (Democrats asked for manual recount) could pick the sample.

They may have chosen either heavily Democratic areas or places where there were many ballot questions. As we have pointed out earlier, if they did anything like that, the sample possibly would not have been representative.

ride525,

That's my point. It was NOT representative, it was rigged. Since the law stipulates that there must be a valid reason for a manual recount, PBC should not have proceeded with theirs. The canvassing board knew this, so they perpetrated a fraud.

The results from the PBC manual recount should be summarily thrown out, and the members of the board prosecuted.

Then let shrub sue. He's got lawyers on the ground all over Florida, intimidating all the counties to serve up banned overseas ballots under threat of litigation and they are complying under duress and in violation of Florida sunshine law.

The courts will sort this out.

Oh, triplegoron **, are you sure about that ?

The meetings in this county have been open to the public...

** to be eligible for goron status, you must be caught in an outright lie

What's taking so long to add up 67 numbers from the Counties?

Could it be that Al Gore is ahead now, and she is afraid of certifying?

;)

Edit: Guess not.......probably getting legal advice about how to exclude Palm Beach.

ride.........guess not! I can say one more thing..........not a wise move putting Leiberman on right after...........just looked and sounded like whining pure and simple. Well, Gores up tommorow night...........damned risky move! If he comes across like he did in many appearences during the campaign....or, the way it appears leiberman has tonight....they'll lose whatever public support they have left! I'm gonna make a prediction now like I did last Tuesday......Gore will be gone by this time next Sunday! Hey, I could be wrong, but I have to go by what I've seen and gore has no personality + they have one hell of an uphill battle sueing Democrats! PR means everything.....I think they are on the verge of losing it!
