Well if you are planning to get a A64 which I can only guess you are with your current set up listed. Most of us who upgraded to a A64 can tell you that the memory timings with a CPU that has a onboard memory controller means diddly squat. I ran an over clock of 220 x 10 (normal 10 x 200) with both a default memory config and a tighter memory config and got the same results.

Just get some value ram from a well known manufacturer.

Go with these if you go for value.

Will the price increase ever stop?!?! Over the past 3 weeks I've seen this ram go up in price $7

Yep I got that for $72 in December now it's up to $91. Maybe their going up so when ddr-2 comes out the difference in price won't seem that great.

A 512 Module of DDr2 will cost over 500 dollars when it's first released.
