It's generic memory, but still a pretty good deal IMHO. Lowest price on pricewatch is $109.

Same Price up here in Oregon

PQI Memory?
What is the name on the individual chips themselves?

I did a quick search for PQI PC2100 and I am sure of theis. it comes from Eastern Europe.
But that is all that I could find

Eastern Europe? I think more likely China, as I got the same brand when I bought from Hong Kong.

I have 512MB of PQI sdram in my computer, working fine for more than a year.

It says PQI on the ram chips. It seems to overclock ok. Im running my XP1800+ at 1725mhz which seems good.

Are you saying that you're running a 512MB stick at 150FSB?

If so, then I'd say this is pretty decent RAM.

Please respond, because if that is the case I will probably buy.

149MHz is definately not bad. What are your speed settings/timings (ie latency and all).
