Seems like a great deal. Buy.com has this memory @ 107.29 but is SOLD OUT, and Newegg is at $129 +4.33 shipping. On the other hand, Kingston did burn me on a rebate before. Said I had filed for a rebate "before the promotion period" WTF??? can I see into the future? Maybe I'll give them one more shot though. Ends in a few hours!
