Is that counter right??? I've been away from the forums for a loooong time but gee that's a lot of peeps!

I don't get it. There are supposedly 50000+ members here, yet every time more than 550 people login, we get that "Experiencing High Traffic" message.
 
what number am I??

I second what js said. We need another forums server so we can have a max of around 700 peeps which we will be getting at high traffic in a few months at this rate.
 
when we have 50000+ members, it doesnt mean all of them are going to be signed on at once, less than one year ago, I think it was usually around 200 members signed on at a time, but as the forums got more popular, the farm was upgraded and shifted around to support more people at a time, but sometimes it just cant keep up.
