Of course it's an error. Do you even know of any computers that hold 512GB of ram?

If you buy 4 of them and have 2 TB of memory and a UPS do you really need a hardrive any more?

:)

Why would you say good luck in funding a motherboard to support it?
I put one of these in a cheap ECS microATX board recently and it's great. This is very nice ram that's not for OC'ing but will run at the rated speed plus it is downward compatible like any other memory.

Same memory at Outost

Plus here's 10.00 rebate that should be reflected in the title. As in 39.99 after 10.00 rebate.Mushkin 10.00 rebate

The specs on this from Fry's isn't correct. Newegg had the same specs for awhile and changed it to reflect the correct specs from Mushkin. Mushkin doesn't have any PC3200 that's rated 2.5-4-4.

same memory from Mushkin

How can you say these are the same? The ad is for 512 GB of memory all of your links are for only 512 MB or memory.

Ha Ha! Jokes on me. I didn't even see the 512 GB, and here I am making references to the obvious. Thanks Granamere.

Plenty of computer cases will hold 512GB, just not the motherboards. So you could have a computer with 512GB of ram in it, but tell people windows can only use a little.

I just got a great image of ram sticks falling out of the case, caught in the fans, sticking out of the floppy drave and card slots... opening up the cd drive to find a couple sticks of ram in there too :)
