508 compliance? What does this mean?

http://www.access-board.gov/the-board/laws/rehabilitation-act-of-1973#508

ZyXEL's ZyWALL and USG security gateways and appliances are typically deployed in secured equipment, server, or phone rooms or other secured areas for electrical equipment. So ZyXEL security gateways and appliances are “ located in spaces frequented only by service personnel for maintenance, repair, or occasional monitoring of equipment”, and as such are not governed by the Section 508 Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

It's an "undue burden", so we're exempt.

Even though this makes ZyXEL appliances exempt, ZyXEL has made this exception unnecessary by integrating a Command-Line Interface (CLI) in these gateways and appliances.

But we put a CLI on our devices, so we're compliant. Buy our stuff.
