I'd say try it. I doubt you'll have a problem as long as the PSU is in good shape and is a decent unit.
Look for extreme droop in the +5V, +12V, +3.3V readings. If any of they go out of around 3% of the nominal value investigate
further, especially if they're OK at idle / stock speeds and drop very low or fluctuate a lot during OC heavy load.
I've been running some similar systems on 500W PSUs without trouble.

I mean if it is a high quality unit I think you would be fine but if it's not; your in for a world of pain.
