$500 to spend which motherboard, CPU and RAM?

I will be getting an x800xl
Please make recomendations on a motherboard, CPU and RAM to go with it

NForce4 ultra board (whichever is cheaper/in stock) : ~$150
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ winchester : ~$200
1 GB (2x512) value RAM (mushkin, corsair, etc.) : ~$140

total: $490

You are going to have to wait a bit for the mobos to be released, but since you are already waiting for the X800 XL...
