50 Windows XP OEM licenses ?

If the machines are going to be upgraded from another OS, volume licensing will be cheapest. If it's for a clean install, retail is your only option (OEM would need to be purchased with the machine, or with a piece of hardware for the machine that is integral to the use of the computer).

LOL! Not quite sure that would fly, but hey, for people that aren't interested in following the licensing, why even worry about it... there are plenty of websites that will sell you OEM software illegally.
