I picked up a 25-pack of the Khypermedia DVD+R media today for $4 AR and the +R is CMC media. Not the greatest, but not bad and they work fine in my Lite-on burner and DVD player.
 
I just bought a spindle of the 25 DVD+R 8X which are CMC MAG.E01 and a spindle of the 4X DVD-R 25 pack which are CMC MAG. AF1 according to DVDInfoPro. I normally wouldn't buy these but after a 10 off 20 coupon and the 3.00 rebate on each spindle they are FAR for me.


I should clarify because the OP has just one of the items listed. On the OM website there is also a 50 pack of Khypermedia 4X DVD-R's for 15.99 with a 6.00 rebate. It doesn't show the rebate until you click on the product link. Also the website has the 25 pack of Khypermedia 4X DVD-R's for 7.99 with a 3.00 rebate. The website doesn't show the 8X DVD+R's I bought for 7.99 with 3.00 rebate in store.
Apparently you can get back 31.00 in rebates when buying up to 6 Khypermedia products. The rebate materials can be put into one envelope and submitted since they all have the same promotion number. I put both of mine in one today.
