50 pack Fuji CD-Rs, $5 AR

If this is a repost, sorry. Anyway, I just came back from the Circuit City (Austin) and they had the 50 pack of Fuji's for $5 after rebate.
 
$24.99 - $13 (CC) - $7 (Fuji) = $4.99

It works b/c you're allowed to send in copies of the UPC. Somewhat annoying but definately a good deal.
 
Pretty hot if you don't mind waiting for the rebates, I picked up 2 spindles on Sunday. The guy at the checkout told me to make sure to send the rebates for the two spindles in with different mailing addresses as they are one per household. But, this is a good price on TY blanks and these have a nice plain silver top unlike the god awful color Fuji's I bought from Target a while back.

the ones you got from target were the color ones i assume? btw, did the color ones have color on BOTTOM or is it just for show on the TOP of the CDR only? silver tops are the only ones i purchased so far. i'm pretty sure the color ones are TY as well
 
Sorry, the dye and everything of the Fuji color blanks is the same as the ones I bought at CC with the plain silver tops. And they are definitely TY. The discs came in assortment of five colors and the design on the discs took up most of the surface area, making it a bit harder to label them. They aren't like those other blanks that are out now with different colors on the bottom.
 
I think Best Buy is having a sale on Fuji blanks this week as well. I don't remember the price, but I think it's a little bit more expensive, but I bet you only have to submit one rebate. The sale is on 100-packs.

I can confirm that the ones at best buy are taiyo yudens with the silver tops, not that colorful stuff, they look gross. They're both the same cd's though just the tops are ugly.

I would have to say that the deal here at Sears is a bit better compared to the BB deal. No rebate hassle and the HP brand are also TY manufactured.

It's only the top. They're hell of a lot uglier than their classic design. It makes it a real PITA to write on and to add to ugliness, it's got their URL printed on it.
