50% off Wendy's Frostys

Would anyone like to comment on how good these are compared to something like a McFlurry?

I've never had their other Frosties, just the regular flavors. Taste good. How could a milshake/malt taste bad?

The Twisted Frosty's are pretty good. My personal favorite though is the Frosty Float.

two different beasts.

Frosties has a somewhat similar texture to the Frappachinos.
McFlurry is similar to a DQ Blizzard Soft Icecream packed with toppings mixed in.

Too bad they changed the formula after Dave died. The chocolate Frosty (the original) is now just a memory of what it used to taste like 🙁

Did they really? I don't eat at fast food places but I used to love Frostys. Was gonna go check it out with this promo but not if it's not the same.

I have never noticed any change in the taste of wendys frosties

Tastes the same to me also

The love... its missing the love.

They really never had much flavor to begin with.... they do seem to melt faster now.

Global warming?

The original Frosty was REALLY chocolatey....mmm.

The one they have now just screams "cheaper to make". All the people I know who are longtime Frosty fans noticed the change too.

If it still works for you guys, great. I can taste the difference, and I'm not imagining it.

I dunno.. the year I graduated from HS, WAY back in 1978, a friend of mine worked at the local Wendys. He used to make us "home runs" (four burgars) and give us a frosty in a large soda cup.. We used to always joke with him that the reason they didn't have vanilla was because the chocolate tasted like vanilla....

because wendy's used both chocolate and vanilla together to make their shakes. McD and BK always had separate.

if you guys want to try something deliciously unhealthy get a chocolate frosty and dip Wendy's french fries in them. AMAZING!!!

Yes we do...three separate bottles (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla) of triple-thick syrupy, trans fatty goodness.

I don't know how anyone manages to finish a shake larger than a small. Those things are THIIIIIIIIIICK. Yet, people come in and order large shakes all the time...for one person.
