I have a Wacom Artz II. It's surprising that Wacom still support it with new Windows XP driver.

I wish you could lock them to one screen I use multiple monitors and the pads span all three monitors.

You can, its in the Wacom control panel. Just go to the mapping/speed tab and select portion of display. You can map it to anything you want even 1 monitor plus 1/2 of the other.
