$50 a month for bug spray?

It's sad that people are so afraid of seeing a bug or spider that they will spray poison all over their houses and yards to keep their children 'safe'. I understand wanting to protect your house from termites, but jesus h christ, your kid is better off eating that insect than he is rolling around in chemicals in your lawn.

People are so paranoid about poison. My parents still got DDT sprayed around their house that their lawn guy would get from Mexico when I was growing up, and I turned out fine. And we never saw any bugs.

I have my slaves (kids) do it. Pretty easy job, spray permitter outside and base boards inside. Takes about 1/2 an hour. They start with a 2 gallon sprayer and this hard core concentrated stuff I get from feed store. It's about $75 for 12 oz but makes hundreds of gallons, kills everything.

all the spray they will be using inside is made of orange peels and is not toxic to humans or pets.


Now, on the outside? I hope they DDT my lawn.

We went for several months without any palmetto bugs, aka F-n roaches. Why? F-n rats. G.D. F-n rats. Not so big, F-n hairy G.D. rats. Happy as pigs in sh*t, in my new floor insulation, F-n rats. /weak rant.

Trapped them and within a month, the roaches came back. $75/quarter for pest control, FTW.

Boric acid in my shop, also, FTW.
