+5 Voltage Bouncing

Should the +5 Voltage be rock solid or is it ok to bounce? (5.13V - 5.03V) is the range it keeps going through.... I have had an alert rarley that it dips under +5 for a second. The system is remaining stable.

Here are the stats this is happening under:
Soyo P4S
P4 1.7@1.93
300W PS

PS: VCore is at 1.68 - 1.70V I have left the VCore as the default in the Bios.... When would I need to up the VCore?

I've had the similar effect on the 12V line, but I don't recall the 5V line fluctuating like that. I don't believe it should cause you much of a problem (at least as long as you're over 5V). If you were below 5V, some devices might fail.

Lol!! Actually, this board is going toward making $$ for someone to go to college!!

I do need a P4 1.9Ghz to compile a 2K Perl program dammit!!

(The MOHAA @ 1024x786 is just a nice to have)
