Hello, I am in high school and get vocab sheets every week (50 words). I scan the sheets in and use ocr and put them in ms word. Afterwards, I open a new document and use my flash card template and copy and paste each word and definition into the respected cells. Could it be possible for someone to write a macro in which ms word copies/cuts the first word it sees and puts it in the first column cell then takes all words after the ":" and puts that in the second column cell? It must repeat this process for each row. If you are interested, I can send you a sample and if you can do this, I'll paypal you 5 bucks (it should be pretty simple, if it isn't then forget about it).
