I seriously doubt that, and even if she's lost some money in the last year or so, she will easily earn it back when she gets out.

I would bet she lost more business from Kmart closing many of its stores.

I think Martha got a raw deal. And in the end more innocent got hurt than needed too. I think this was big lousy sham. They need to be prosecuting real white collar criminals. I think this was a big joke. And I hope when she's done, her company grows to be twice as large. I am with Martha all the way on this one.
