since this is a fast food thread, all I can do is once again envy the fast food selection of my US friends.

I went to Red Robin for the first time this year on a whim. I had never even heard of Red Robin prior to this.

It is now one of my favorite places to eat. Their artery-clogging steak fries are incredible.

You also forgot Steak & Shake. Also there is this little but good burger chain in southern Indiana called G D Ritzy's but that's another story.

Tried them all, they all pale compared to "Backyard Burgers". You can find them in the Charlotte, NC area, no clue where else they operate.

USDA choice black angus beef, literally tastes like you cooked it yourself on the grill. You will pay $6-8 for a burger, but it is well worth every penny.

5 Guys put a little crack rock in the middle of each burger, that's my only explanation of why they're so good.

I like Fuddruckers too. Five Guys is pretty good. Red Robin and Ruby Tuesday have more options to choose from though.

Possibly my FAVORITE place for a good burger is Cheeseburger in Paradise in Lahaina Maui. Can't beat a good burger & fries served with copious amounts of alcohol, served in the open air...overlooking a nice sandy beach with lots of "kini's running around...

Yep.

I'd also add Original Tommy's if you like chilli on your burger and fries. I sometimes just want to visit my relatives in LA just so I can grab food from Tommy's and In n Out.

Yeah WTF I hate people who don't recognize In-n-Out. I've been to In-n-Out at least a dozen times this year already. Maybe more. Red Robin? ONCE.

We don't have In-n-Outs anywhere around here, but since it seems to be popular in the thread I added it. I guess its one of those places I'll try if I ever find out outside of Alabamer lol

Thanks for the replies.. I guess I'll try them both to see. Red Robin has been here a couple of months, so I guess they'll get my first try.

QFMFT, that place is awesome.
