My top 5 EVER:

1) Metroid Prime
2) Final Fantasy Tactics
3) Counter Strike (in its prime)
4) Super Mario Bros
5) Street Fighter 2: Championship Edition

What about Pac Man! Or Pong, just got to give it props for beign the first game EVER!
I think Everquest deserves a mention for having such a huge impact.

Half Life as well. It spawned Counter Strike, DOD which spawned games like MOA and BF1942. Come on now!
