There aren't any beep codes in the manual. In fact, the manual doesn't have any troubleshooting information at all. I see that Gigabyte is still living up to their reputation for quality documentation...

Probably a stupid question, but have you tried to hook the monitor up to the integrated graphics port? The 590i Aorus Ultra does have one, according to the Gigabyte support site.

On some prior Gigabyte boards, the system would ignore a graphics card and default to the onboard graphics port. If a display wasn't plugged in to it and wasn't powered on, it would beep 5 times. That kind of sounds like what is happening here.

If it is in fact booting using the integrated graphics, then you just need to go into the BIOS and look for some settings to default the system to boot from the graphics card. Then, save the settings, restart, and you should be good to go.
