I have no idea why they would want to do that, versus just pulling them all off the shelves. They pull'd them in the Woodlands Target, I saw them raking them into shopping carts.

well, went to 2 Targets in Philly suburbs area, and neither were still valid, but the one must of had the mistake, because most of the titles there were out of stock or only had one copy left. Excellent deal though and good luck to those who find it.

which ones did you go to.. i was thinking of hitting the one in Oaks tonight

"do you speak it?"

no! the question is WHO speak it? :p :p :p
link for elitist idiots...

"I have no idea why they would want to do that, versus just pulling them all off the shelves."

why is the price not fixed several days later? they don't have to make sense, they are retail

i was told this week by an od employee that i couldn't use the kiosk, because it's ONLY for employees :) even AFTER i pointed out the "Customer" button :)

it just makes it more fun to buy something out from under them later
gotta love a stupid/greedy retail employee

Haha I got in on this deal, today...without even meaning to. I had read this when it was posted but never got a chance to go to target. Well, I was at target today and i just glanced down at the Friends DVD boxsets as I brisked by and I caught $5.99 out of the corner of my eye. I was like , What?! I went back and sure enough they STILL had the 5.99 prices up for half of the firends dvds. I grabbed 9,8 1 and 5 and The OC (only 9 and 8 were marked 5.99. The rest were the regular prices but i brought along for a price check.) EVERYTHING rung up at FULL Price. I'm like that not right. It took some haggling and I got all but The OC for 5.99. Not bad...

Finally my millage has gone a long way on a YMMV deal! Woohoo!

I tryed this when I first saw it on DVDTalk. No luck here. All the DVDs had normal prices and scanned at normal price.

I really wanted to pickup Band of Brothers and Jaws.

Even if it exisisted at a store near you, the prices are more than likely fixed with the update to reflect the latest circular. Deal is as good as dead.
