Vivi, once you buy the tickets on Wednesday, could you please share all the #s before the draw? Would make it exciting for us to print it out and sit in front of the TV/computer to match with the draw...

Easiest way to do so is to scan the ticket(s) and email to all those who paid (or, you could upload the images to your site, if keeping it confidential is not that big a deal). I assume all the numbers would be bought in just a couple tickets, so hopefully it's not too much of a hassle.

Yup, and then I get a bunch of you guys to help enter them into a spreadsheet so we can check via excel!

I just wanted to say thank you Vivi for organizing the previous and current AT Lotto Pools, let's hope the 3rd time is the charm :)

NP!

I also plan on buying a few hundred bucks worth today, and then the rest tomorrow.... maybe spread it up a bit.
Well I suppose there might just be single threads on each, but TPC and Vivi's forums? Or is it all here, buried in the thread?

This one and two pump chumps are the same really. I am surprise this thread has stayed open ...last time they killed it and said we could not discuss it I thought.

FYI: 105 shares

Not sure why, but adding up the paypal + amazon gift cards and the feller who rolled over cash from last lotto, and the few pending transactions we're about $150~ or so short from what people have entered on the sheet.

I imagine some people may have entered information, but will paypal/GC a little later, if so that is OK, but you must do it before the deadline.

So again, if we win I will be emailing everyones paypal, or amazon GC email addresses, as that is the way I know someone paid to get in and will be the only way I have to verify shares/people.

Not that it likely matters since the chances are so freaking low, but you're doing random picks, correct? Picking them up at separate times / places might cause duplicates!! Just sayin'.

The chances are better at winning the lottery then getting duplicates

amirite?

Just for the math of it : it's funny that for all the rarity of hitting the jackpot in a lottery, there have been a handful of occasions when the same winning number was bought at multiple locations.

A quick google gives this instance : http://globalnews.ca/news/478991/record-lotto-6-49-jackpot-to-be-split-four-ways/, and there are others I remember.

So - this can really not be predicted, despite what this guy says :Richard Lustig, 7-Time Lottery Winner, Gives Tips On Winning The Powerball Jackpot.

Actually, the wiki entry also states that the top payouts ever were won by duplicate tickets...

Seven time winner? Jebus. I would say he should play the lottery but to what point?

This is extremely concerning. Sounds like a different way to track this is necessary.

Well I just got confirmation of my payment to you from PP that I sent days ago, so I'm thinking some of them are being held up...
