I'm looking for the best speakers I can get for under 200 bucks. I was thinking some yamaha tss1 or something along those lines. I'll be using it for music and mostly games stuff like that.

If anyone can point me to some review sites also maybe. thanks.

I have the Creative Inspire 5300 5.1 speaker, they sound absolutely great, especially with Audigy. Not to mention the price!! you can probably get better speakers for more $$, but not worth it IMO unless you are doing major music type stuff.

The TSS-1's are an excellent set. I think Amazon had them for a good price, last time I checked.

For 5.1, I'd take a look at the Monsoon MH-505's - I think they can be had for about 140 and they're probably the best sounding speakers south of two hundred bucks. Not a lot of bass and nothing to rattle your fillings out, but decent.

As far as 4.1 goes, the Logitec Z560's are hard to beat. Undoubtably the most bang for your buck.

MIDILAND 8200's. NOthing Comes CLOSE IN THE PRICE RANGE. Very nice sounding speakers, have better SQ than Klipsch Promedia 5.1's. Promedia sound is unbalanced and way too boomy. Midiland 8200's have a lot better, neutral sound.

I'd go Midiland S4-7100 (possibly Plus) if you really want 5.1.
Or the Boston Accoustics BA4800 if you can live with 4.1.
