$5.05 DVD's at WallMart, Select titles

I was at Wall mart last night and they had many different titles to choose from for this price. For example I picked up Hoodlums, The Fan, Godzilla and Double Jepordy, all for $5.05 apiece. WalMart was located in Davenport, Iowa

Not to sound mean, but was this your first ever trip to Walmart? They always have that junk at that price; at least all the ones i've been to...

umm, yeh. there is always a big bin of sorted through heavily cheapo DVDs sitting in the aisle at WallyWorld.

Unless they have been reduced in price they have been $5.50. And there are sometimes some good finds in the dump bin, or if you're lucky you're near a store that has them on a display rack. Recently picked up Total Recall, Lawnmower Man 2 and a few others. WM had a couple of dozen of these during the Black Friday sale for $3.88 each. Check the <$6 thread in the DVD Bargain section at DVDTalk.com to see what's hitting the bins currently. Haven't seen it yet but The Golden Child is supposedly in the $5.50 bin now.

I always go in on a saturday/sunday morning and look in the big bin at my walmart...they usually replensih the titles overnight and occasionally as said you will find some pretty decent early 90's or late 80's DVD's in there for $5.50 a pop. Its definately increased my DVD collection a few times over 🙂

Visited my local Wally World last night and saw Trading Places in the $5.50 section. They had it last year at Christmas as well. Apparently they have brought back a number of pretty good titles to the bin. Managed to get The Golden Child. Now I'm gold.
