I returned a DVD that was damaged during shipping. They emailed me a UPS ground return slip so I didn't have to pay for shipping. After they received it, they credited the full cost of the DVD back to me (I got free shipping on the DVD so I don't know if they return shipping costs too, but I doubt it). Since I payed with Paypal, they gave me store credit.

actually if you read news.com theres an article that Buy.com now does not charge shipping.

No minimum purchase, also they have alot of coupons that are almost always usable 😉
