4x512MB of RAM - performance hit going from 1T to 2T?

I'm currently running a X2 3800+ @ 2.6Ghz (10x260) with 2 sticks of PC3200 on the 166/200 divider (~216Mhz).

I'm wanting to upgrade the RAM and I now have an additional 2 sticks of 512MB PC3200 that I took out of another system. I know the NF4 should be able to handle the 4 sticks if I lower the timings slightly and switch to 2T.

Assuming I switch the memory divider to 150/200, it would put the RAM at 195Mhz but keep the clock speed of the X2 the same (10x260).

Given that, would I notice a significant decrease in performance going from 1T to 2T?

I upgraded from 2x512MB to 4x512MB earlier this year (though I just had to sell two of those again) - there is no noticeable performance hit going from 1T to 2T, in my experience.

I'm using 4 512mb DIMMs in my Soltek machine (see box #2). In order to get it to even boot up, I had to downshift from 1T to 2T. Although memory benchmarks are down, practically all the other benchmarks have remained the same, including game timedemos. That said, I didn't lose anything that was practical going from 1T to 2T so I don't think it's something to worry about.
