Not a good price. It's cheaper at newegg ebay store at $110 (find it yourself as ebay links are not allowed on this forum). Plus for a limited time you can apply coupon C15LIMITEDTIME for another $15 off.
 
I'm afraid from Seagate HDDs - bad experience with external HDD + the stats aren't that great. If you can find the reliable HGST 3TB ones, that would be great. WD should be good too
 
I've got one of these drives, it's pretty quick and it's the size of a laptop external drive, which is pretty impressive. I've been tempted to crack it open and see what the drive looks like. You can also get this deal on amazon to avoid sales tax.
