4k SLI Problem

Hi I just got a 4k monitor. U28D590D

I have 2x GTX 670. They work fine in SLI.

However if I enable SLI I can only select 2560 x 1600 and cannot pick the native resolution of 3840 x 2160.

If I disable SLI I can pick the Native resolution no problem.

I am on driver 337.50.

Any ideas?

Did you install the windows display driver on the disc? Don't know if that will help, it might.

If not you might need to clean out your drivers and reinstall them. I have the same display, it's very finicky.

Yeah. I looked on Samsung's site for a newer driver too but couldn't find it.

Think I'm going to try reinstalling nvidia driver tonight.

I believe you need to ensure you have a Displayport 1.2 cable & corresponding 1.2 on your gpu slot.

Despite 1.2 being around since 2009, a lot of cables are still 1.1 or 1.1a. I don't recall what the max resolution is for a 1.1 cable but might be worth looking into if you're out of ideas.

Yeah that's definitely not the problem.
