Most of the forum posts I've read have stated they are getting Micron D9 chips, which are very overclockable to DDR2 800 and beyond with good timings. The 4 I received are all D9s.

im hoping this rebate is quick. most hp printer and laptop rebates are super fast (well 3-4 weeks i consider fast for a rebate), so i hope its the same.

Good catch. To be honest though it would have been an impulse buy as I can't use it. I'm going to hold out for now.
