4GB DDR3 Modules - When?

Anyone know when desktop 4GB modules will be available? I would love to know when a nice 12GB kit (3x4GB) is coming out. With the shift over to DDR3 happening, I would hope it is sometime 1H 2009?

Anyone have more information? All I have seen is some information on laptop 4GB chips being tested, but nothing about the desktop variants.
 
you ARE planning on getting TWO of those kits for a total of 24GB of ram for some business app right? otherwise it would make a LOT more sense to buy two 6GB (3x2GB) kits and fill all slots in the mobo.
