It's not really the same word anymore. It's just like so many other words that have double meanings. Personally I can't use the word at all but the younger generation has no problem at all.

SOME rappers absolutely have talent. SOME do not. Soulja Boy is the latter, he's no different than a Hannah Montana. Some exec saw him, figured he could be turned into a produced/manufactured money maker (at least for a shot time), and bam, there we are. I like a lot of rap quite a bit, Soulja Boy is hardly a talented rapper though.
