Then again there is always the risk that he could get hurt. He might just play it safe and sign now.

The 49ers don't need a QB. That won't solve anything. Either Dorsey or Rattay will be fine, IF we get our o-line together. Also, we won't be trading down to get more draft picks because 1) We already have the max picks allowed 2) There is no one who wants to trade up because there is no clear cut franchise type player available, just a bunch of very good players.

He probably got more putang this past year than he can handle.
Sorry, but Heisman, Championship = Need to go to the NFL. Especially if you know you're a sure top 10 pick.
