you'll either enjoy doing more cardio or you'll end up hating your games lol. I think this would be a fun way to play mirror's edge. There's also a mirror's edge zombie map for cs:go. Goal is to get to the chopper while zombies are chasing you. That would be fun also.

Yeah, I think that's why stuff like the Wii and Kinect didn't really take off (other than running out of fun games lol) - people want to sit & veg when playing games, not be active!
 
Some guys made a treadmill for WoW awhile back (few years ago) to move their character around. Well, they didn't realize exactly how much running that was and almost died using it. >_>

lol can you imagine people a gaming addiction? You WOULD die! People already get sick or die from just gaming nonstop 24/7.
