Just wanted to let you know that I just uncovered a pretty sweet deal I think.

Start at my ECS deals page and choose one of the $10 off $25 rebates. Click through to Computers4Sure, and type S1093399 into their search engine. That will bring you to a 48MB CF card w/Jumpshot cable. Buy this for $83.49 shipped, and then get the $40 rebate from Lexar, and then go back to the $10 ECS rebate you clicked through from, and your net price is $33.49 shipped. Woo Hoo! Correct me if I haven't been following this closely enough, but this is the cheapest deal for CF I've seen in a LONG time. Usually it costs $2 to $3 per MB...

Yeah, the 16MB card (search for S1093396) is totally a great deal! It would be $4.49 shipped! I'm going to get the bigger capacity since I've found that I run out of space in my coolpix on vacations and I'd rather have a few bigger cards than a lot of smaller ones since they're small and would be easier to lose. Definitely a personal thing though.

Hi Chris,

Good to see you here again!

Can we expect any more 20% or similar offers good at c4sure anytime soon?

TIA, Dave

Nitz,
I am wondering, can you take advantage of the rebates, one per site? I have a few things to order so I was thinking about stocking up now. Thanks!

Yeah, they're separate sites, so you could theoretically get 3 CF cards.

I don't forsee any 20% offs coming up for C4Sure or at all for that matter. Things seem to change by the moment though, so keep your eyes open. Hi DaveH!

People... I swear that rebate will take forever(at least longer than a INSTANT BUY.COM COUPON)... think and try an easier way:

First buy it from buy.com, and apply 10 off 75 coupon.
Pricematch with computers4sure.com so they won't rip u off with $91.
Shipping is like 5.03 for me so total is definitely lower that the post above and only wait for the factory rebate.

These things absolutely rock! I just got mine in yesterday, and the transfer speeds are GREAT!!! It took me about 5-7 minutes to dload an 8 MB CFC via the Coolpix serial cable. The jumpshot cable has a theoretical bandwidth of 600k/s! What a wonderful product...

Nitz:

I looked at your page earlier and just again. Where are you hiding the $10 off $25 rebates on your page? All I see listed is $10 off $50. However, clicking on any of these (I tried Brands for Less and AnyDay) ends up with NO REBATE! Yup, both prompt you for the details, but when you submit your name, address, etc. are all blanked out (like they don't want you to use it).

Sigh....

Nitz,

the $10 off $50 form is malfunctioning - which is real disappointing because I made a purchase at computers4sure in hopes of getting the rebate, but the rebate form is fried. Please help!

These are back in stock at Computer4SURE so hurry on over before they are all gone again. I picked up a couple of the 48MB cards for my new Nikon Coolpix 950 and they work great. With the included Jumpshot cable the CF card is treated just like a removable disk drive.

The only bad thing is can't read other brand name Compact Flash memory cards. It's specify for Lexar CF USB enable card only.
