The problem is that even if, let's say, accelero S1 would be compatible with your card, you would have 200W of heat thrown inside your case. And you also have the Xigmatek S1283 and that means that all the air that the S1 is heating to keep your GPU cool, will be first sucked into your cpu cooler. That would translate into higher temperatures for your cpu and should not be a problem as long as you keep the quad at stock clocks. One you get the idea to overclock it, then you might be heat limited at some point, because your Xigmatek is now using 50 C hot air to cool the cpu, when once, when the stock card cooler wasn't replaced, it used 35 C air to cool the cpu.
It's a rough estimate of the issue, but you might want to consider this if you think about changing the cooler. 4890 is a very power hungry card and quite all the cards on the high end market now, are like that. Gone are the days when we had 100< watts videocards that didn't affect your case temp by much, or with good ventilation, not at all. These behemonts we have now, are really space heaters, no doubt about it and we should not underestimate their heating abilities.
