4890 BIOS Flash

I own a Connect3D HD4890. Would it be possible to flash the bios from an ASUS HD4890 so as to use ASUS Voltage Tweak program to increase voltage? As far as i know only the overclocked cards bios (900 core) allow acess to voltage options.Am i right?Which program should i use for flashing?
 
Google is your friend here. Before you flash- try 'GPU tool' at techpowerup and see if the voltage slider works at all for you. It is new and still in it's very early stages but it does have all that you need.
