hey i wanna know what is the best 4890 1g toxic or 4870 2giga toxic

What resolution do you play at? If it is anything less then 2560x1600, I'd go with the 4890 as it will be the faster card. You won't see any benefit of having more than 1GB of video ram at 1920x1200 or less except in one or two games.

aha but in gta IV we need more than 1 giga to make it right

If GTA IV is all you play and you play at a resolution that requires more than 1GB of ram, go for the 4870.
