Right now it's temporarily installed in my testing bench with Pentium E2140 and ASUS P5E-VM HDMI, and I can tell the reported temps are true. The card idles @77~78C and loads @83~84C. I've never seen anything like this temperature-wise. However, a good news is that the space around the card doesn't get hot at all. Thanks to the heatsink design that blows the all hot air generated by GPU, it looks like it's not going to heat up the case temp. But the exhaust air gets incredibly hot under load.

I will do. The closest thing that I've got to UT3 is Gears of War, so hopefully that'll do. I installed the HD 4870 in my system (replacing an HD 3850), so I am ready to go. That is, until I found out somehow I'd managed to degrade my RAID1 array. It's rebuilding now for almost two hours, and probably another two more hours. It's so freaking aggravating. Ugh.
