48 samples latency.

I have managed to make my windows XP, in bootcamp run at 48 samples latency. However the method is little graceful at the time.
I was wondering if anyone who knows the ins and outs of windows, know if they can achieve the same effect, without moving a window, as I am using in the technique, to achieve this.

This actually gives 1ms latency in XP, on typical boxes. (mac mini requires the hack.)
