are there any for the other way around?

Not mine
a friend of mine was trying to upgrade the MB for his dell
(DELL uses RDRAM and he'd rather spend the money on DDRAM)
but he bought the wrong board

That might be a blessing in disguise. It's about an 85% certainty that a Dell P4 board that takes RDRAM is wired for a Dell PSU. Plug a standard ATX motherboard into the Dell PSU, or a Dell motherboard into a standard ATX motherboard, and you might be treated to a little fireworks show, or just the sound of permanent silence. well, we're not exactly electricians so what is suggested in terms of upgrading a dell box?

If you wanted to, I think you could remove all the wires from the main power cable and put them in to match the Dell pattern. But the conventional wisdom about upgrading a Dell box is this: add drives, add cards, but if you need a different power supply or a different motherboard, it's time to sell the Dell and build your own industry-standard computer.

I haven't heard of any converters like your friend is looking for, by the way
