I just upgraded to a 4400 X2 Toledo froma 3500 Venice. Do I need any kind of software update from Microsoft or AMD? Thanks
 
Thanks, i just downloaded the program, and will install. I'm not sure if I will be able to benchmark it or tell a difference, but I do play MS Flight Sim 2004, A Century of Flight.
 
Make sure Task Manager sees two cores. If not, manually force a driver reinstall on your CPU and pick the "multiprocessor" one.
 
Thanks for that tip too, both cores show up in Task Manager. I would have not thought of that place to check. I didn't mention it, but I installed an OEM processor and added the Ultra Wind all copper cooling fan. My cpu temp is listed at 34 celsius. I'm pleased with that reading. The fan is very quiet too.
