44$ xp1700 DLT3C at Newegg again, NE1 receive a "B" chip recently?

What's wrong with the other Newegg 1700 threads?

The pic always sez "A", and lately Newegg has been shipping some sort of "A" again.

If im not correct i think the dlt are better then the dut. due to its 1.5v and ive seen amazing results at stock voltage. anyways i emailed svc a week ago they said it should be in stock again within this week
 
Anyone else know of a site that has em in stock and gaurntees that version? I need ta get a few systems built for people, I was buying them from SVC, now they are out of stock 🙁
 
me too, I thought almost all the Tbred sold by now should be B chips. Didn't AMD phased out the A chips really quick?
 
I got a 1800+ DLT3C B chip from newegg about 2 or 3 months back. It did cost $10 more or so but it overclocks pretty well, 2300mhz @ 1.68V.

Yup the B is definitely the one you want. If you have a nforce2 board, the chip is automatically unlocked, so you can oc through fsb or mult or both. Got mine at 200 x 12 right now.

wow 200 x 12....i was thinking to get a 2500+ but now, i think i will find a 1700+ B chip. It is half the price of the 2500+ and it runs just as fast. great.

DLT = 1.5 vcore default
DUT = 1.6 vcore default

People say the lower default vcore is better because you have more room to move it up before you get to dangerous levels. I think even an 1800+ DLT would be good, it is for me so far, if you can't find a 1700+
