Another update:
This is an good power supply for the money IMHO. It is made by Channel Well who also makes power supplies for Antec and Sparkle. This OEM power supply is made for TurboLink and after using it in my system the voltages have been consistent and strong and well within specs.
UPDATED:--------------
This is not the same as the Antec. No adjustable pots and clearly this thing is much lighter and it does have dual fans. It does say Turbolink on it. The insides don't look like the Antec. It does look like it uses some of the same parts and that white substance to stabilize the parts. The heatsinks are rather small.
It has 2 clear fans with a gold grill on the bottom fan.
I installed it and the voltages are excellent. My +3.3v is 3.38 and 5v is 5.10 and 12v is 12.33. I'm running 3 HD's, a DVD, CDRW and 3 fans. It looks like a decent PS to me but not an Antec. The voltages are very strong and the box claimes it has +3.3v remote sensing so maybe it adjusts the +3.3 automatically. For the price I'd say it's still a good PS.

<< As a matter of fact, the CWT-420 is the Antec PP412X! Or, to put things in a more logical context, the Antec power supply is a renamed CWT-420! >>

<< The Addtronics representative I dealt with advised me that Channel Well is the Antec OEM manufacturer. >>
I ordered mine and will recieve it monday.
I noticed at CompUSA the Antec 400W PS said CWT-420 on them.
