Damn you'd have to work there for like...forever, to make $300k. They probably didn't want to hire him because employees get food discounts and his hearty appetite would cut into their operating costs.Connor claimed that he suffered financial loss and severe emotional trauma, and he requested $300,000 in damages, back pay and employment at McDonald's.
Yeah regardless of how heavy you think you are if you could stand to HALVE your body weight to bring your BMI to a reasonable level I think it's safe to say you need to start excercising.maybe construction or another physical job. maybe try to lose say 275lbs.

If someone had a depression problem, or another disorder I doubt your comment would be socially acceptable, but since its directed at a lardass who probably has an eating disorder, I'm sure most will find your comment humorous.

He's smart (if you can call it smart) enough to file a lawsuit...he can't be that inept 😉 Lawsuits like this piss me off. Just like those fat kids' parents suing MCD's for being overweight and the suit against GTA.

I think McDonalds wouldn't hire him because they were afraid he'd be eating all the time.

Since when was being grossly obese a disability?
SHEESH!!
And if his weight interferes with him doing his job, or interferes with someone else doing theirs, then any company should have the right not to hire him.
I hate when stuff like this happens.

A manager offered Connor a position as cook during the closing shift for $6.75 per hour, and Connor accepted, the lawsuit said.
However, over ensuing weeks, Connor claimed that after arrangements were made for him to get a uniform, he never got a call from management again.
LOL!@!

this is rather amusing. someone please send me the name and address of the lawyer that actually wasted his time with this nonsense. or just let him know that i might have a case for him on the otherside of it... i am 130lbs soaking wet with rocks in my pockets. no employee of mcdonalds has ever EVER offered to supersize my meal and i find this degrading and biased and frankly may have contributed to my being UNDERWEIGHT...
please people! no one is genetically overweight... genetically predisposed maybe but its your habits and lifestyle that get you to or stay away from said predisposition... GET OFF YOUR LAZY BUTTS AND STOP BLAMING MA AND PA, THE MAILMAN, MICKEY D'S, AND EVERYONE ELSE FOR YOUR PROBLEMS
