Hi everyone,

I have this power supply running my sytem. This is what I have.

xp2100+ with Soltek SL-75FRN2-L overclocked to XP2700+
GF3 Ti200 (Gainward) 128MB DDR videocard
120GB 7200 RPM HD with 8mb cache (Maxtor)
20GB 7200 RPM HD with 2 mb cache (Maxtor)
16X Lite-on DVD
48X Lite-on CD-RW
generic floppy
4 additional case fans (3-80mm, 1-60mm)
Logitech Z340 speakers with a subwoofer

AND, this power supply doesn't even sweat! 🙂 This is a good power supply. I read some reviews, and the author said this was "adequate." What more do you want?

Have a good day people.

You must've got lucky. I've had bad luck with cheap PS's. And how the heck did you manage to power the speakers with the PS (J/K)
😉

Enermax P/Ses don't come with any mfr. warrany. Sparkle isn't any better than no-name. I'd only recommend Antec P/Ses.

I just received one of these yesterday that I bought for $16.98 with Free Shipping a week ago to replace a blowing generic PS in my stepdad's machine.

I figured it'd be okay, because I'm running 2 of these Powmax 400W supplies in 2 separate XP1700+ systems (both oc'd to XP2000+) and have absolutely no issues to speak of. Granted, I don't run them 24-7. My server runs 24-7, but I just have a 250W Antec in it.
